Mychackavane Named Player-of-the-Week

Midland Lutheran keeper Sorina Mychackavane is the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Women’s Soccer Defensive Player-of-the-Week.

Mychackavane, a senior from Beatrice, Neb., posted two wins in net for the Warriors as they defeated Nebraska Wesleyan and Morningside. For the week she logged 180 minutes and totaled seven saves.

Midland Lutheran is now 9-3.

Concordia forward Carolyn Chrzan was the offensive Player-of-the-Week.
