Lynn Lamprecht, Vice Presisdent for Institutional Advancement (402) 941-6361 llamprecht@mlc.edu
Lynn oversees the day-to-day operations of the College’s Institutional Advancement office, which handles donor relations, fundraising, and charitable contributions. He has served on numerous community boards and organizations, including the Fremont YMCA, Sinai Lutheran Church, and the 3Rivers Health Department. Most recently, Lamprecht capped a 32-year career in health care at the Fremont Area Medical Center, where he most recently served as the Director of Outreach Services. Lynn is graduate of Midland Lutheran, along with more than 60 members of his extended family. |

Jon Fredricks, Director of Annual Giving (402) 941-6054 fredricks@mlc.edu
Jon serves the college as the Director of Annual Giving, coordinating all annual solicitations and serving a lead role in the College’s business, congregational and community partnerships. Jon also oversees the call center, which handles fundraising and admissions calls. Jon has over 10 years of progressive experience in advertising, marketing, communications and fundraising. He is a proud Midland Lutheran alumnus, earning degrees in Journalism and Theatre in 1997. |

Jill brings 13 years of academic experience in Special Education to her role at the College. She is most often the first voice that welcomes you to the Advancement Office when you visit or call. Jill’s responsibilities include managing a large portion of the team members’ schedules, preparing budget documents and assisting the Director of Advancement. A Nebraska native, Jill lives in North Bend, where she and her husband, Doug, raise their three children: Tyler, MacKenzie and Marissa. |

Kris enjoys engaging alumni, parents and friends to encourage philanthropy and to discuss new opportunities to support Midland Lutheran College. Many donate significant gifts demonstrating outstanding leadership for others to follow. Leadership gifts strengthen and enhance the learning experience by providing critical resources. Kris also assists those seeking to create a gift plan that leaves an enduring legacy. “It brings me great joy to acknowledge those who have made a personally satisfying commitment to the mission of the College as we prepare students to lead in the world with purpose.” Kris’ husband, Doug, is a graduate of Midland Lutheran College, as are both sons, Aaron and Josh. |

Jordan Grummert Rasmussen, Assistant Director of Donor Relations and Advancement Services (402) 941-6522 rasmussen@mlc.edu
Jordan serves as the coordinator of donor stewardship activities and alumni database management for the College. Her efforts focus on providing the most accurate information needed for the work of the College and supporting the Development team in their fundraising efforts. Jordan graduated from Midland with a B.A. in History and English. |
