MLC takes great pride in its internship program and ensures that you find an experience in your chosen area of business. A great number of these internships develop into jobs after graduation.
Midland students have studied in all areas of the business spectrum. From working at the local bank to working for the Federal Reserve, from the neighborhood hardware store to the JCPenney corporate office, our students are there.
The business department works with numerous businesses to provide top-notch internship experiences. Businesses include First National Bank of Omaha, Creighton University Medical Center, College World Series, Inc., State Farm Insurance, Bank of the West, United Parcel Service, Menards and the Fremont Chamber of Commerce.
In addition to providing practical experience, these internships help students build their resumes, develop examples for employers, and give them experience with such things as job interviews and professional standards.
