Midland's business faculty has decades of combined experience in the business world. This allows them to bring real-world examples, problems, and situations into the classroom.
For example, in the Business Policy course, students learn the foundations and theories. That foundation is then put to practical use as students develop business plans and policies, which are then presented to business leaders for evaluation and commentary.
The end result is that you have the practical, hands-on experience employers seek. In addition, employers take comfort in knowing that an MLC graduate has an education grounded in faith and ethics.
