Billy McLaughlin – "SimpleGifts" Holiday Tour
Benefit concert for Fremont Low Income Ministry
7 p.m. Kimmel Theatre
This is a benefit concert for the Fremont Low Income Ministry; free will donation at the door.
Limited Seating available.
Contact kerwin@mlc.edu or call 941-6516 for tickets.

Every holiday season bustles with the sounds and stress of the season. SimpleGifts, a six-member ensemble led by award-winning musician Billy McLaughlin, has arranged acoustic instrumental and vocal music that harkens back to a quieter, simpler time.

With Celtic whistle, piano, acoustic guitar, violin and beautifully blended female voices, the ensemble finds its strengths in stirring arrangements that combine traditional folk music with more modern elements that both soothe and inspire listeners. For a sample of the music, go to www.simplegiftsmusic.net
